  1. In order to get a refund, reservation must be cancelled two weeks prior to arrival! All refunds will be returned in the same payment form that it was made.
  2. Springbrook Family Campground is not responsible for electric outages, theft or any acts of god, nature, storms, winds, flood, falling trees or wildlife. The campground will not held responsible for any items left behind, any accidents or injuries on the property or loss of any personal items in the campground, nor are we responsible for anyone who might wander into the woods.
  3. DO TO ELECTRIC, SEWER AND WATER LINES BEING RUN UNDERGROUND. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FIRE RING!
  4. Electric meters are read on 1st of each month and are due by the 15th of each month. If your electric bill is not paid buy the 15th a $5.00 late fee will be added weekly. If your electric bill is not paid by the next reading, your power will be unplugged and the meter box will be locked until paid in full. We are not respondsible for any damages done due to your camper being unplugged.
  5. There will be no use of chain saws, weed whackers, lawn mowers from Friday 12pm Noon until Sunday 1:00pm unless it's a holiday weekend then it will be Monday after 1:00pm
  6. Only one RV/Trailer or tent is allowed per site and one fire ring. Never leave unattended or have a fire too high. Obey fire bans when in effect.
  7. If your site is not maintain during the camping season and management needs to clean up your site and / or cut your grass there will be a $25.00 charge each time added to your site.
  8. In case of high waters and/or other dangers/disaster, each camper owners/visitor is responsible for their own possessions.
  9. Cutting, digging or picking of any plants/tress is prohibited. Planting of perennials or annual plants for enjoyable gardening is accepted.
  10. No open containers of alcohol are permitted away from your campsite. Reminder that the PA legal drinking age is 21. Please be respectful and responsible.
  11. The Speed limit is 5MPH. The roads are ONE WAY; Please pollow the signs throughout the campsite! Watch out for children and wildlife at play!
  12. All guest/visitors must stop in office and pay the fee. Visitor just paying for the day must leave by 11:00PM
  13. Please report any misuse/vandalism of our facilities to the office immediately.
  14. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children at ALL TIMES. No Children are to be left in the campground without adult supervision.
  15. Children under 6 years old must be supervised when going to the bathhouse, playground, in the woods and by the creek and etc..
  16. If you own a golf cart, proof of insurance must be on file in the office. Your site number must be on both sides of your golf cart
  17. Disorderly or obnoxious behavior will NOT be tolerated.
  18. No bicycle riding after dark. Children 11 and under must wear a helmet at all times. No bicycles are allowed past the camp store. Signs are posted. Children who do not follow the rules will not be permitted to ride their bike.
  19. Quiet hours are 11:00pm to 7:00am.
  20. Children under 6 years old must be supervised when going to the bathhouse, playground, in the woods and by the creek and etc.
  21. No food or beverages are allowed in the bathhouse or laundry facilities.
  22. No hunting, firearms or fireworks are allowed in the campground.
  23. Pets are always welcome, but must be on a leash at all times. You MUST clean up after your pets and keep them from disturbing others. No pets are allowed in the playground, pool area, and bathhouse or laundry facilities.
  24. Please keep campground litter free at all times. DO NOT throw cigarette butts anywhere in the campground.
  25. All drivers must have a license to operate any motor vehicle and/or golf carts. Please obey the speed limit and one way signs. Watch for pedestrians and wildlife.
  26. When swimming at the pool you swim at your own risk. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Children under 14 years old must have adult supervison. There is no running, jumping, diving, smoking, alcohol or eating in the pool area. Please keep the pool area clean and clean up after yourself please.
  27. Management reserves the right to evict anyone at any time. After 3 warning, you will be evicited. No full size refrigerators are allowed outside of trailer and sheds are no longer permitted.
  28. You are no longer allowed to bring broken items from home to burn, such as chairs, desks, dressers and etc.
  29. These prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please check our website for our current prices. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
  30. Shirts must be worn at all times when walking around the campground.
  31. No swimming in the pond.
  32. You are not allowed to bring garbage from home to throw in the dumpster. If you do, you will be charged a fee.
  33. Approved by campground management first if any improvement made on landscaping, planting, fire pits, gravels, fill formation are permitted at campers own expense, but are considered permanent property of the campground and is not to be removed or disturbed in any way when campers leave or switches sites. Camper clients involved in such action, Will be held liable for damage and costs, and could affect future camping at this facility.
